BOuLDer Youth Fellowship is having our first official retreat!

Dates: February 16, 2024 - February 18, 2024 (Fri - Sun)
Location: Alliance Redwoods Conference Grounds (Occidental, CA)
Cost: $250 per youth
Registration Deadline: 12/22/23 (Based on availability)

Price includes meals from Saturday breakfast to Sunday lunch. Youth will be in girls and boys dorm rooms in the same building as the meeting area. Bed linens, towels, soap, and shampoo are NOT provided. Please bring your own sleeping bag/bed linens/blankets/towels/toiletries.

Transportation to/from Alliance Redwoods to the LSCC Office will be provided. We will be renting a bus.

A parent/guardian must sign a retreat and transportation waiver before the event. Waiver will be sent to you after registration is complete.

You are not registered until payment is received.

*Allergy Notes: Alliance Redwoods is a nut free facility - they do not use any nuts in their meals. Some ingredients their kitchen uses may have contact with nuts if the ingredient is packaged in a facility that handles/processes nuts. They suggest those with severe nut allergies, especially those with Epi-pens might feel most comfortable traveling with their own pre-packaged meals.
Alliance Redwoods can accommodate the following dietary requests: vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free. If you would like any of these dietary requests, indicate it in the notes. For other dietary restrictions, youth may need to pack their own food.

LSF Snow Trip 2023
Dates: December 28, 2022 - December 31, 2023 (Thur - Sun)
Place: Zephyr Point Conference Center (South Lake Tahoe)
Registration Deadline: 10/29 (Based on availability)

Price includes meals from Thursday dinner to Sunday breakfast. Rooms are “hotel-style” with private bathroom. Families of 5 or more may have to be split up. Bed linens, towels, soap, and shampoo are provided. You are not registered until payment is received.

*Only immediate members of the family can be included in the family rate (spouse & children)

A family consists of only immediate family members (spouse & children)

NOTES: You will need to bring your own tent, sleeping bags/pads and camping chairs. We plan to cook and clean together for the meals. We will setup a cooking and cleaning rotation for the adults & teens. The church will provide the food and drinks. We may not be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions, but will hopefully have some food options that you will be able to choose from. 

DEADLINE: Registration will close on May 7th or when it is full.

Cancellation Fee: $10/person or $25/family - Last day to cancel is May 25th. Cancellations after May 25th will need approval.
