LOCATION: Mission Springs Conference Center (1050 Lockhart Gulch Rd. Scotts Valley, CA 95066)
DATES: Friday August 22nd- Sunday August 24th 2025
COST : Registration Fees
Adults : $225/adult
Youth 13-17 : $150/youth
Children 4-12 : $85/child
Children 0-3 : Free
After June 15th, prices go up to $240/adult | $160/youth | $90/child

OTHER IMPORTANT INFO:
Due to increased pricing, LSCC is subsidizing 25% of the costs of registration (early bird pricing). The church will also cover the additional amount needed to meet the guaranteed minimum for the conference center (which has also increased).
Meals from Saturday morning - Sunday lunch are included in the cost of the registration. No price adjustments will be available for missing a meal.
Scholarships are available. Please DO NOT let the cost prohibit you from coming to the retreat with you and your family. Please fill out the short form above if you'd like to request financial assistance.
Exceptions may be granted by emailing retreat.team@livingstonescc.com (possible exceptions include single-day participants or specific scheduling constraints that may prevent you from registering early.)
Cancellations allowed before June 15, 2025. Cancellation fee will apply.
